Jean-François Ave is the co-founder of Rich Ledger Co and heads up the technology and process side of the practice, working behind the scenes to strengthen the systems, workflows and controls that support both the team and our clients.

He brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise business applications, including senior roles in SAP, enterprise architecture, integration, data migration and compliance-focused transformation across Europe, North America and Australia. That background means the solutions he designs aren't just efficient - they're robust, scalable and built for real business use.

Within the practice, Jean-François focuses on helping the team deliver more value through better systems and smoother workflows. For clients, that means bookkeeping supported by strong process design, smart technology choices and a clear focus on clarity, efficiency and business improvement.
